Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 8 to 16 business days depending on your location. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently offer free shipping on select orders. See promotions at checkout for details.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after your order ships.

Delays
DeskNap is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience during high-demand periods.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. DeskNap is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please contact us at spookerlight@gmail.com within 7 days so we can help resolve the issue.
