DeskNap sells inflatable desk nap pillows and related accessories. We make every effort to display accurate colors, sizing, and descriptions, but slight variations in color, texture, and size between product photos and the item you receive are natural and expected.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at checkout.

4. Shipping
Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. DeskNap is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Intended Use & Safety
DeskNap is a comfort product intended for resting at a desk, table, or similar surface while seated. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Do not use it while driving or operating machinery. Keep it away from sharp objects and heat sources, do not overinflate it, and keep it out of reach of young children and pets. Improper use or use outside of the provided instructions is at the customer’s own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability
DeskNap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
